We ordered bacon burger and hog heaven (i.e., baby back ribs with bacon). It took awhile to have our orders served but the waiter gave us a free appetizer while waiting. The ribs tasted good but is not as tender and juicy as I expected. The bacon burger on pretzel bun tasted good also but is quite oily. It was cooked according to our instruction. They have good service but patrons should check their receipt before paying. They had charged us for three drinks instead of two, which we noted before paying.

Never going here again. The service was the slowest I have ever seen. We ordered guac for an appetizer and grilled cheese for the baby. Thank goodness we got the salad bar. The appetizer showed up more than 25 minutes later. It was completely without flavor. I eat avocados. How do you take flavor OUT of an avocado???? The grilled cheese arrived 5-10 minutes after that. We were sneaking him food from the salad bar until then. Then over all this, this creepy guy (maybe a manager) kept standing over our table, looking out over the restaurant. Dude, do that somewhere else. If you eat here, ONLY GET THE SALAD BAR.

Came here to kill time while my car was being worked on at Sears. At 1 pm on a Monday this place is dead. Sat at the bar and had their cheese frys and a drink. Service was very fast and the frys were pretty good. Will definitely come again if I need to kill time for Sears auto service.

I took my mother there while we were waiting on her glasses to be finished. The positives, I ordered the salmon with 2 vegetable sides, the zucchini and green beans. My salmon was cooked well and the sides were decent. The negative, my mom ordered the pork chops. One bite into the meal and she realized they were still pink. I asked the waitress to recook them. I would have thought she would have comp'd the pork chops given that my mom could have gotten incredibly ill, but she just brought them back with nothing to say. Not really good service in my opinion. She was nice enough, but didn't check in with us frequently enough. Lastly, the restaurant is a little dirty. They've renovated it since I've been years ago, but the table we were sat at had food streaks and finger marks, appetizing huh? I've had better.

Great salad bar selections including edamame and delicious pumpernickel croutons. I also ordered the special where I was able to choose 3 sides for under $10. I left full, happy and I felt like I had a great healthy meal on the cheap.

Normally the service and food is pretty good for what you are paying but yesterday was sub par for sure. No garlic cheese biscuits were ever brought. In truth, they owe us an appetizer because according to their sign they are supposed to ask and never did. Server was apathetic. I got soup and a salad bar. Hubby got sliders and salad bar. Sliders got to the table very late and obviously were sitting under the heat lamp. One of our quickest meals ever.

There's not much to say about the food - it's typical Ruby Tuesday food. It tastes fine, American menu, and you get exactly what you expect. My biggest problem is with this location. My husband and I come here more often than other RTs because we live so close, it's easy for a quick weeknight dinner. The problem is the service is terrible, and seems to be getting worse. Originally, it only happened in the bar area, everything was just slow. Eventually the bad service has since crept into the dining area as well. On our last visit our waitress would drop off our stuff and then just disappear. I spent about 10-15 minutes with empty drinks, unable to find anyone to help me really. (On a Wednesday when the restaurant was hardly busy). She also stood at the table next to us complaining about her job with another coworker. I understand if she's unhappy, but I don't want to hear about it while I'm trying to eat dinner to the point where I'm too distracted by her complaining to hear what my husband has to say. She also started trying to clean up our table, doing things like refilling our tables sugar packets while we were trying to eat. I know she wanted to leave (I heard her talk all about it through dinner) but couldn't it have waited? That was just the most recent incident. It's really becoming not worth the time or money to go.

I've been to this Ruby Tuesday a few times and I have to conclude that in the summer, the air conditioning is seriously lacking. The decor is generally outdated but you only come for their food right? So onto the food! The salad bar is okay, most of the pasta salads are weird tasting to me. The cold stuff isn't that cold and makes me wonder if I can catch a bad case of food poisoning so I just avoid it. The stuff from the kids menu is okay. Their broccoli was cooked to a mush but their loaded potatoes were good. I also enjoy their shrimp parmesan pasta which is made perfectly. Our server was very attentive but the back kept on screwing up with my order. The bathrooms could use an air freshener, you can smell it from outside the door. lol So if I had to choose, I would just visit another Ruby Tues.

I seriously underestimated this place. It's been a while since I've eaten here, but it has definitely improved in my absence. New management, new menu, new staff? Whatever it is behind the improvement--terrific! Food was fast, fresh, and tasty. Our waitress was friendly and efficient, and other tables seemed pretty happy with their service, too. I got the honey bourbon salmon, with the salad bar of course. All really good, and such a great deal! I definitely won't stay away as long this time!

I have dined here a couple of times and I can say Ruby Tuesday is better than Red Lobster in the Anne Arundel County. But RT still needs to improve the side biscuit that's nothing to compare to RL. Ruby has a big salad bar with unlimited servings and very good servers.

Food was average to below which is what I expected. What I did not expect was the loudness of the piped in music. Music was so loud that you had trouble hearing and understanding your waitress much less your table mates. Our waitress was even complaining about the music volume. Several customers,as well myself ,complained and were told it is corporate policy and local mgmt has no control. Being skeptical, I asked for and received a bogus number for corporate from the manager. When I informed her the number was wrong she stated it was what was given to her for corporate, when in fact it was a prize line selling something. I googled corporate, called and was indeed informed the loudness of the music was corporate policy. When I asked to be transferred to the head office I was informed they don't do that. Clearly, ruby tues has a customer be damned attitude and doesn't trust or invest local mgmt with simple things like music volume. Kinda scary. Food isn't good enough to put up with it.

This is a restaurant inside of marley station mall. Since I'm vegan and this place has a salad bar I usually end up here at least once while home visiting my dad. The salad bar is pretty good... A few options of greens and veggies and of course a few non vegan hot ticket numbers like potato and mac salad, ham, bacon, and eggs, as well as a bunch of dressing optiions. All and all it's not to shabby. My 2 year old niece usual has a good time running around and entertaining other customers and no one has ever complained so for that alone this place gets an extra star. I have no doubt in my mind that I will be back here or another salad bar round next time I'm in town.

Quick lunch stop for grilled chicken with avocado sandwich. It was a large sandwich and very filling, just got a bit soggy since they put mayo (didn't want it on my sandwich), otherwise, I've enjoyed it very much. Don't mind getting this again in the near future!

If you are looking for a decent place to get a good burger and a cold drink, then this is the place. In my experience, I have only seen one amazing family-style chain restaurant, and that was in elizabethtown Kentucky. But as far as these restaurants go, this one is pretty darn good. The servers are fairly quick, the burgers are good, and the bartenders actually make pretty good drinks. I have been here on several occasions, and I would say the same for each visit.
